ORGANIZATIONAL PROFILE HUMAN BEHAVIOR ORGANIZATION INC. The mission of HBO Incorporated sets the boundaries for how resources should be allocated and what strategic and operational goals should be set. The mission statement should acknowledge the company's strengths and then inform employees where to direct their efforts in order to take advantage of that strength Vision The HBO Incorporated is a general statement encompassing the direction an agency wants to take and the desired end result once it gets there. It is the vision of what those involved what their organization to become aspires to promote change within the individual members for them to realize their potentials in order for them to establish knowledge, skills and personality. ORGANIZATIONAL OBJECTIVES Organizational objectives are long-range objectives. They serve as the goals for management in achieving the organizational mission. . As a work center supervisor, you will probably discover an upcoming inspection the month before it occurs. That type of planning eliminates crisis management. Goal management in organizations Organizationally, goal management consists of the process of recognizing or inferring goals of individual team-members, abandoning no longer relevant goals, identifying and resolving conflicts among goals, and prioritizing goals consistently for optimal team-collaboration and effective operations. An organizational goal-management solution ensures that individual employee goals and objectives align with the vision and strategic goals of the entire organization. Goal-management provides organizations with a mechanism to effectively communicate corporate goals and strategic objectives to each person across the entire organization. Objective

Organizational Environment
The Human Behavior Organization Incorporated is composed of 33 Bachelor of Science in Office Administration Major Office Management Students. During the following meeting we conducted an activity called project paranoia. It’s purpose to each other member of the organization to know oneself in order for us to be able to assess ourselves and others. The class is being held in a classroom which we visualize as an office where everyone is a manager and the working environment is conducive and appropriate. We will be continuing the activities and programs to reach our vision and mssion.
The Human Behavior Organization Incorporated is governed by the cooperative collaboration with our boss. He has all the say regarding on what activities we would conduct as well as the tasks or job that are being assigned.. He sets, rules and regulations  for our organization and as employees we are required to follow these and to obtain our mission to organization to be one for all.
